Complaints, law and dispute resolution

If the Customer has complaints the Customer should always at first instance call Eldar Ltd in order for us to try to resolve the Customer’s complaints as quickly as possible. The Contract shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
